more sick, more fail, less car.

I'm still sick and that's just how it works. I'll get more tea and things will be better in no time. but there is DEFINITELY more fail going on than just me being sick. so you know that parking ticket I got a few days ago? well, turns out the $100+ charge I got was because my tab apparently expired- hence, I'm "grounded" from my car until the new one comes. except it's not really grounding it's more just me being politely forbidden from getting another $100+ deficit. I can dig it. except that means no jon or car this weekend. however, I've been offered a ride there tonight, so hopefully. hopefully. on another note, I saw mean girls again last night. I totally missed out on a lot of the humour. everybody's seen that one, and so it's not like I need to recommend it or anything. I think the only part I really cringed at was the horrible planned parenthood remark which quickly went from "AHAH-oh shit, that's actually kinda cruel." such is life and well, in this case, aborted death I guess. emily supplied me last night with the live tracks for tori amos's mountain, yes anastasia, among others; as well as the remix singles for a few of the blackout tracks. awesome stuff. and now I'm still sick and should probably get on recovering. Ho hum.
